UPS Oversize Packages
A package is considered “Oversize 1” (OS1) when all of the
following conditions apply:
The package's combined length and girth
exceeds 84 inches.
The package's combined length and girth is equal to or less than 108 inches.
The package's actual weight is less than 30 pounds.
For each OS1 package, the billable weight is 30 pounds.
A package is considered “Oversize 2” (OS2) when all of the
following conditions apply:
The package's combined length and girth
exceeds 108 inches.
The package's actual weight is less than 70 pounds.
For each OS2 package, the billable weight is 70 pounds.
A package is considered “Oversized 3” (OS3) when all of the
following conditions apply:
The package's combined length and girth
exceeds 130 inches.
The package's combined length and girth is equal to or less than 165"
For each OS3 package there is also a Large Package Surcharge per
package in addition to the 90lb. rate.
Packages that exceed UPS weight and size limits are not
accepted for transportation. If found in the UPS system, they
are subject to an Over Maximum Limits charge.

measure your box
To determine the length and girth of your package
follow the following steps: Add the Longest dimension to the total of all the
four sides that make up the girth.
